The Salesforce Administrator is RDN's Salesforce ecosystem subject matter expert, providing technical expertise and business-focused solutions to ensure Salesforce continues to support the organisation's evolving needs. Working closely with stakeholders across RDN, you'll configure and maintain Salesforce, automate business processes, support integrations, maintain system security and data quality, and identify opportunities to improve how the platform is used.

This is a permanent full-time role.

Key responsibilities

Administer and configure the Salesforce ecosystem, including fields, page layouts, record types, flows, approval processes, assignment rules, apps, actions, dashboards and reports.

Manage Salesforce users, licences, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups and sharing settings, ensuring appropriate access and security.

Maintain the health, security and performance of Salesforce through regular system reviews, release updates, Health Checks, Optimiser and proactive system maintenance.

Work with stakeholders and business analysts to gather requirements, understand business processes and design practical Salesforce solutions that meet organisational needs.

Maintain and support Salesforce integrations, including DocuSign and other connected systems, ensuring solutions operate effectively and securely.

Identify opportunities to improve and expand the use of Salesforce features, automation and functionality to increase efficiency and deliver greater value to the business.

Support Salesforce projects and system changes, including testing new functionality, developing test scripts and coordinating user acceptance testing.

Provide training and support to new and existing users and maintain clear, accessible Salesforce training materials and knowledge resources.

You will bring:

Demonstrated experience in a Salesforce Administration or similar hands-on Salesforce role, with strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, automation, reporting and system administration.

Experience managing Salesforce users, permissions and security,



as well as supporting integrations and working across multiple technology platforms.

Experience gathering requirements, analysing business processes and working with stakeholders to develop and implement practical technology solutions.

Experience with system testing and user acceptance testing, with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

Strong communication, stakeholder management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.

Salesforce Administrator certification is desirable, as is experience with Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud or Nonprofit Success Pack.

An understanding of, or commitment to, Aboriginal health, cultural awareness and safety.
