Key responsibilities

- Work with a diverse caseload including individuals, couples, families and children
- Provide Medicare-rebated services through Better Access
- Build and manage your own client base within the practice
- Work autonomously with strong clinical judgement
- Collaborate with the team of six clinicians

About you

- Minimum 5 years' clinical experience as a social worker or psychologist
- Eligibility to provide Medicare-rebated services (Better Access)
- Confidence working across the lifespan — individuals, couples, families and children
- A genuinely generalist approach, comfortable adapting to whoever's in front of you
- Strong clinical judgement and the ability to work autonomously
- A collaborative mindset — you'll be part of a team, not just renting a room
