Part-Time Opportunity | Work from Home & Within the Community
This is more than a support role, it's about leading with care. Around 80% of your time will be spent providing direct support, with the remainder focused on team leadership, rostering, and administration.
The successful candidate will need to be available to work within service operating hours of 7am to 6pm, across a 7-day roster as required. Flexibility to work weekends and varying shift patterns is essential.
This role would suit someone based in Jurien Bay, Cervantes, Badgingarra, Moora, or surrounding areas, supporting customers across the local community.
What You'll Do:
- Support people with daily living, personal care, and community participation
- Build positive relationships with customers, families, and health professionals
- Coach, mentor, and support a team of Support Workers
- Support customers with complex care needs and behaviors of concern (training provided)
What You'll Need:
- Certificate III in Disability, Aged Care, Mental Health, Individual Support, or working towards completion
- Experience working in disability, aged care, community services, or a similar support environment
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and work collaboratively within a team
- Availability to work across a 7-day roster, including weekends and varying shift patterns
- Robust communication,
relationship-building skills and cultural awareness
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain) and Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
