Tasmanian Wild Seafood Adventures

We're looking for motivated, reliable people to join our growing team. This position is unique because we're open to finding the right person, whether your strengths are on the water, underwater, or with our guests.

You may fill one role or multiple roles, depending on your qualifications and experience. If you can do all three, even better.

- Coxswain / Skipper

- Commercial Diver

- Deckhand

- Front of House / Guest Experience

About the Role

No two days are the same. You could be:

- Operating commercial vessels around Southern Tasmania

- Conducting commercial diving operations

- Assisting with vessel preparation, maintenance and cleaning

- Welcoming and looking after guests

- Serving food and beverages

- Assisting with seafood handling and presentations

- Supporting day-to-day tourism operations

- Working as part of a professional, safety-focused team

Essential Qualities

- Strong work ethic

- Positive attitude

- Excellent communication skills

- Professional presentation





- Ability to work weekends and public holidays

- Physically fit and capable of working outdoors in all weather

- Team player with a commitment to safety

Desirable Qualifications

Depending on the role, the following are advantageous:

- Coxswain or Master qualification

- Commercial diving qualifications

- AMSA Marine Medical

- First Aid certificate

- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)

- Experience in tourism or hospitality

- Boat handling and seamanship experience

- Mechanical aptitude
