About the Role

We’re looking for a gun Project Manager to oversee and lead client-integrated campaigns across our growing slate of commercial work and beyond. Someone who thrives in the organised chaos of bringing big ideas to life.

In this role, you’ll work cross-functionally with producers, designers, strategists, freelancers, editorial, event managers and partnerships to bring campaigns to life from brief to delivery. You’ll own end-to-end campaign management across multiple clients from a range of industries — from daily operations on live campaigns, to internal and client communication, content reviewing, campaign reporting and championing the processes that best serve Vinyl Media’s commercial objectives.

This role suits someone who can keep a lot of moving parts on track without losing sight of quality. You will understand what makes branded content credible and effective, balance client objectives against Vinyl Media’s editorial and brand identities, and bring clarity and calm to even the most complex projects.

You’ll also be joining a passionate team who genuinely care about and support each other — the kind of people who’ll jump in to help you land a deadline and are just as quick to celebrate a campaign that’s gone brilliantly.

This role reports to the Head of Projects, with the onus of ensuring all campaigns run smoothly to agreed timings and budget.

What you’ll be doing:

- Build strong client relationships, providing regular campaign updates and ensuring clients understand key timelines, deliverables and Vinyl’s ways of working.
- Approach each client campaign individually to identify the best operating rhythm to meet their objectives, educating clients on best practices along the way.
- Create and manage campaign timelines, accounting for production requirements and adapting plans as projects evolve.
- Manage multiple client campaigns simultaneously, varying in size and deliverables.
- Coordinate talent, venues and suppliers for interviews, shoots and collaborations, including briefing external producers.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with client and internal stakeholders, so all deliverables stay on track, on budget and to the highest standard.
- Maintain occasional social posting across Meta.
- Brief content to Branded Content teams, ensuring the client’s objectives are clearly understood and actionable, and support talent coordination for video and photoshoots.
- Identify and resolve campaign issues, balancing the interests of all stakeholders involved.
- Set up and manage campaign production budgets,

monitoring spend and flagging potential issues early.
- Produce and present campaign reporting, analysing results and identifying insights that can inform future campaigns and commercial opportunities.

Qualifications

- 3+ years experience in the advertising or media industry working at a media agency, publisher, creative agency or similar
