Role Description This part-time remote CRM & Business Systems role at Futuro del Trabajo SOFOFA Capital Humano focuses on optimizing and maintaining CRM platforms and related business systems to support sales and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities include configuring and updating CRM records, creating and maintaining dashboards and reports, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity. The role involves collaborating with sales and program teams to understand process requirements, translating them into system workflows, and providing user support and training. The CRM & Business Systems team member will document system changes, monitor performance, and identify opportunities to streamline operations and improve user experience.

Additional tasks may include assisting with system integrations, implementing best practices for data security, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across digital tools.
