About the Role:

As a Account Manager with us, you will play an integral role in our clients experience. You will manage your own portfolio of businesses and will serve as their trusted advisor and first point of contact.

You’ll have the opportunity to earn commission by identifying areas for growth and improvement and providing tailored solutions. The primary focus is driving business growth whilst ensuring continued retention.

Main Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

- Understand client requirements and ensure continued retention





- Maintain regular contact with your portfolio to ensure needs are being met

- Identify areas of improvement and growth and provide tailored solutions

- Resolve issues promptly and maintain a high level of quality care

- Keep accurate records of customer interactions

What we’re looking for:

- Customer Service superstar

- Exceptional communicator, both written and over the phone

- Detail-oriented person with a focus on delivering quality care

- Excellent listener and problem solver

- Outstanding time management skills

- Experience with CRM such as Salesforce
