Key Responsibilities
- Data entry and general administrative duties
- Communicating with customers via telephone and email
- Proactively resolving issues and ensuring effective communication between our customers, operations and office teams
- Maintaining good relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Creating Con notes in our operating system
- Working within Excel spreadsheets for customer reports
Skills & Experience
If you have a keen interest in joining the Customer Service Team, we encourage you to submit an expression of interest. We are looking for individuals who are:
- highly organised
- self starters, highly motivated and positive attitude to what they do
- have a can-do attitude to their work and to meeting customer requirements
- empathetic communicators able to effectively manage challenging and uncomfortable conversations without taking it to heart
- problem-solvers by nature who enjoy helping and serving others
- have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- intermediate level user of Microsoft products, especially Excel and Outlook
- open to feedback and willing to take instruction
- willing to engage in training and development to further enhance their skills
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not essential.
