Projects Supervisor - Your Next Step Up From the Tools
We're looking for a Site Foreman with solid construction experience who knows how a job actually runs - scheduling, sequencing, quality, safety - and is ready to bring that knowledge into a hybrid role split between the field and the office.
Apex Access Solutions is a multi-disciplinary rope access trades company delivering maintenance and remediation projects across Perth. As we grow, we need someone who can bridge the gap between site and office - keeping projects moving, crews coordinated, and standards high across every job.
About The Role
This is a hybrid Site / Office role - part of your week will be spent managing crews and interacting directly with clients on site, and part will be spent on reporting, scheduling, and admin. You'll be the link between the field and the office, making sure jobs run safely, on time, and to a standard our clients trust and expect.

Key Responsibilities
Overseeing day-to-day delivery of maintenance and remediation projects
Lead and coordinate field teams on rope access and working-at-heights maintenance projects
Act as the primary point of contact for clients on site - managing expectations, resolving issues, and building trust
Plan and sequence work to keep projects on schedule and within scope
Identify and solve problems proactively before they become delays or safety issues
Prepare and manage site documentation, which includes SWMS, work methodologies, and daily/weekly site records (approx. 20% of the role)
Drive a strong safety culture across all work sites
Trade or industry qualifications relevant to construction/maintenance - preferably in Carpentry or Glazing
Minimum 10 years' trade experience working on construction or maintenance projects
Proven experience leading a team on site
Confidence dealing directly with clients - clear communicator, comfortable managing relationships
Robust administrative discipline - comfortable with reports, documentation, and scheduling
A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to problem solving
