St Nicholas seeks a dedicated skilled to lead quality and compliance across Early Education and OOSH services. You will embed safety and regulatory practices, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery, reporting to the Head of Quality & Compliance.

You will partner with operations to ensure all services meet standards, while upholding governance within the Diocese. This role is pivotal in safeguarding children and ensuring program excellence.
