We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to support our Hyperdome, Mt Ommaney and Victoria Point clinics. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a dynamic environment, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service

As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our clinics. Working across Mt Ommaney, Victoria Point & Hyperdome clinic locations, you will provide exceptional customer service, administrative support, and operational assistance to our staff and patients

This position requires flexibility, professionalism, and a willingness to travel between clinic locations as required.





Key Responsibilities

⦁ Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming experience for every client.

⦁ Manage appointments, phone inquiries, and day-to-day reception duties.

⦁ Support clinicians with administrative tasks and patient coordination.

⦁ Process payments, maintain accurate records, and manage clinic correspondence.

⦁ Assist with hearing aid orders, repairs, stock control, and clinic supplies.

⦁ Provide support across our Runaway Bay and Tweed Heads clinics as required.

⦁ Generate recent client opportunities through promotion of 5-minute hearing screenings.

What We're Looking For

⦁ Previous experience in customer service, reception, or administration.

⦁ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

⦁ Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.

⦁ Confident using computers and Microsoft Office

⦁ Access to a reliable vehicle
