We are thrilled to be recruiting for a brand new Customer Service Representative for our team in Keysborough. At ee-Fit, we are passionate about delivering an industry-leading customer experience, and our Customer Service Representatives play a critical role in making that happen. As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll manage enquiries, process orders, coordinate job bookings, and provide guidance on our products and services. Working closely with builders, installers, customers and internal teams, you will be the person who keeps information flowing, resolves issues, and ensures every interaction is professional, positive and solutions-focused.

This is a role for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in getting things done. From coordinating multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities to solving problems and building lasting customer relationships, you will be at the centre of a fast-paced operation where no two days look the same. If you're organised, proactive,



and love being the person people rely on to make things happen, you'll find plenty of opportunity to grow, contribute and make a genuine impact as part of a supportive team.

- Ideally you have some experience with SAP or other advanced ERP systems

- Excellent attention to detail with confidence in Microsoft 360
