We’re seeking experienced Civil Labourers and Machine Operators to join a leading civil contractor working across major subdivision projects in Toowoomba. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure ongoing local work with a respected company offering robust career growth and consistent hours.

- General civil labouring on subdivision and road projects - Assisting with trenching, pit & pipe, conduits,



site prep and clean‑up - Operating machinery such as excavators, rollers, loaders, and skid steers (if ticketed) - Working within a team to meet project targets safely and efficiently What You’ll Need:
- White Card (essential) - Experience in civil or subdivision works - Machine tickets and VOCs (highly regarded) - Reliable licence and transport – some sites are remote - Strong safety awareness and a solid work ethic The Offer:
