? We’re Hiring: Data Analyst (Entry / Junior)

? Employment Type: Full-Time

? Level: Entry-Level to Junior

We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and motivated Data Analyst to support data collection, analysis, reporting, and business decision-making. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with data, identifying trends, and turning information into meaningful insights that support business and operational objectives.

? Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, validate, and organize data from multiple sources.

• Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and key insights.

• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and data summaries.

• Support business teams with data-driven analysis and recommendations.

• Build and maintain dashboards and data visualizations using appropriate tools.

• Perform data quality checks and identify inconsistencies or missing information.

• Assist with KPI tracking and performance reporting.

• Conduct exploratory data analysis to support business and project requirements.

• Work with stakeholders to understand data requirements and reporting needs.

• Maintain accurate documentation of data sources, processes, and analytical methodologies.

• Assist with data extraction and querying from databases.

• Research and implement improved data analysis and reporting processes.

• Support other analytical and data-related projects as assigned.

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Business, or a related field is preferred.

• Basic understanding of data analysis, statistics,



and data visualization principles.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis functions.

- Basic knowledge of SQL is preferred.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis is a plus.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to interpret data and communicate findings clearly.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively with different teams.
- Strong willingness to learn new analytical tools, technologies, and methodologies.
- Fresh graduates and candidates with relevant internships, academic projects, or personal data projects are encouraged to apply.
