Duties:

- Collect, analyse and interpret financial, HR, safety and operational data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement
- Develop reports, dashboards and data visualisations using Power BI, Microsoft Excel and other business intelligence tools
- Engage with stakeholders across the business to understand reporting requirements and translate them into clear analytical models and insights
- Support productivity, project and strategic planning initiatives by providing data-driven insights to guide decision-making
- Analyse financial and non-financial business performance data and present findings clearly to support business reviews and strategic decisions

Skills and Experience:

- Previous experience in data analysis, financial modelling,



business intelligence or a similar analytical role
- Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Data Analyst or similar, ideally working on data analytics projects within the Microsoft stack
- Advanced Power BI and Databricks skills, with strong experience developing dashboards, reports and data models
- Demonstrated ability to analyse complex datasets and provide insights that influence business decisions or strategy
- Experience preparing and presenting analytical reports to stakeholders, with solid communication and stakeholder engagement skills
