We are seeking a curious, analytical, and detail-oriented Data Insights Analyst to join our growing team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about data, business intelligence, and turning complex information into clear, actionable insights.

? Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources.

• Identify trends, patterns, opportunities, and potential business risks through data analysis.

• Prepare business reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for internal stakeholders.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights into business performance.

• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support business, marketing, operations, and strategic decisions.

• Use Excel, SQL, and analytical tools to extract, transform, and interpret data.

• Assist in developing and maintaining dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.

• Validate data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across reporting systems.

• Translate business questions into data-driven analysis and actionable recommendations.

• Present findings and insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and data needs.

• Support improvements to reporting processes, data workflows, and analytical methodologies.

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

• 0–2 years of experience in data analysis,



business intelligence, or a related field.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SQL.

- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Python, R, or similar analytical tools is a plus.
- Understanding of basic statistics, data visualization, and analytical concepts.
- Robust analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to turn data into clear insights and practical recommendations.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong curiosity and willingness to learn new analytical tools and techniques.
