? About the Role

We’re looking for a curious and analytical Data Insights Analyst to turn raw information into explicit, actionable insights. You’ll work with datasets, dashboards, and business metrics to help teams understand performance, uncover trends, and make smarter data-driven decisions.

? Key Responsibilities

- Collect, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Clean and validate datasets to maintain accuracy and consistency.
- Identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and meaningful business opportunities.
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Write SQL queries to extract and analyze relevant data.
- Support recurring and ad-hoc analytical requests from internal teams.
- Translate complex findings into clear and understandable insights.
- Collaborate with business, product, marketing, and technical teams.
- Monitor key performance indicators and highlight important changes.
- Document analytical processes, data sources, and reporting methodologies.

? What We’re Looking For





- Basic understanding of data analysis, statistics, and business metrics.
- Familiarity with SQL and spreadsheet tools such as Excel or Google Sheets.
- Knowledge of Python, R, or another analytical language is a plus.
- Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar visualization tools is beneficial.
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to communicate analytical findings clearly.
- Comfortable learning new tools, datasets, and business processes.
- Curious mindset with a genuine interest in discovering insights from data.
