Role DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Insights Analyst to support business decision-making by transforming raw information into transparent, meaningful, and actionable insights. This role focuses on collecting, organizing, validating, and analyzing data to identify trends, performance patterns, opportunities, and areas for improvement across different business functions.

The successful candidate will work with data from spreadsheets, databases, business applications, customer platforms, operational systems, and other internal sources. The role involves preparing regular and ad hoc reports, dashboards, data summaries, and visualizations that help stakeholders understand business performance. You will monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), compare results against established targets, identify unusual patterns, and communicate relevant findings to appropriate teams.

You will support business teams by answering data-related questions and conducting analysis based on specific business requirements. Responsibilities include identifying relevant datasets, performing basic statistical analysis, comparing historical and current performance, investigating discrepancies, and translating analytical findings into clear business insights.

The position requires collaborating with teams such as finance, sales, marketing, operations, customer service, and management to understand reporting requirements and develop useful analytical solutions. You will participate in data-driven projects, process improvement initiatives, performance reviews, and business planning activities.

You will assist with developing and maintaining dashboards using business intelligence and visualization tools.

Responsibilities may include creating charts, tables, trend analyses, KPI reports, and automated reporting solutions that make complex information easier for stakeholders to understand and use.

The role also involves monitoring data quality and identifying missing, duplicated, inconsistent, or inaccurate information. You will document data issues, support data cleansing activities, and communicate potential quality concerns to relevant teams.

You will use analytical tools and technologies to improve reporting efficiency and reduce repetitive manual processes. The role encourages the use of SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Python, automation platforms, artificial intelligence tools, and other modern data technologies where appropriate.

You will maintain clear documentation of data sources, reporting definitions, analytical methods, dashboard logic, and business metrics. Strong attention to detail, curiosity, problem-solving ability, and communication skills are essential for turning data into practical insights that support better business decisions.
