Current Opportunities

? Catering / Utilities

Utilities and Utilities Bar

- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Assisting in the preparation of food
- Waiting tables in both a dining room and Function capacity
- Clean dining facilities and common areas
- Restocking of shelves

? Cleaning, Housekeeping & Reservations

Cleaners

- Clean offices, accommodation and common areas
- Maintain safe, hygienic and welcoming environments
- Work as part of a supportive site team
- Service accommodation rooms
- Laundry and linen duties
- Guest assistance and reservation support

? Fitness

Qualified Lifeguards & Gym Instructors

- Support Defence health and wellbeing programs
- Supervise aquatic facilities and fitness centres
- Deliver excellent customer service

? Transport

Drivers

- Safely transport Defence personnel across site
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections
- Provide professional customer service

About You

We're looking for people who:
- Take pride in their work and attention to detail




- Enjoy working in a team environment
- Have excellent communication skills
- Are reliable, flexible and safety focused
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Can work across rotating rosters where required

Previous experience is welcomed, but for many roles full training is provided.

Minimum Requirements

- Australian Citizenship (mandatory)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Defence Baseline Clearance
- Current National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain one)
- Ability to complete a pre-employment medical, including Drug & Alcohol screening
- Relevant licences or qualifications where applicable
- Defence or military experience is highly regarded but not essential
