1300SMILES Upper Ross is looking for a friendly and reliable Casual Dental Assistant to join our team. We’re offering 20–38 hours per week, with shifts across our opening hours of 8:00am to 6:00pm, Monday to Saturday.

Whether you’re recent to dental or already have experience, we’re looking for someone who is outgoing, detail-focused and genuinely enjoys helping people.

As our Dental Assistant, you'll support our dentists and dental professionals throughout each patient's visit, helping the day run smoothly from start to finish.

Your day-to-day will include:

- Assisting dentists and clinicians chairside during procedures
- Preparing and maintaining treatment rooms between appointments
- Sterilising instruments and caring for dental equipment
- Helping patients feel comfortable and well looked after
- Assisting with reception and general administrative tasks when needed

Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will:

- Be friendly, approachable and enjoy working with people
- Have great attention to detail and take pride in your work
- Have previous customer service experience (advantageous, but not essential)
- Be reliable, positive and eager to learn




- Have previous Dental Assisting experience or certificate (preferred, but not essential)
