About the role

As a dental assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our providers and ensuring our patients receive exceptional care throughout their visits!

What you'll be doing

- Assisting our providers chairside during procedures

- Sterilising instruments and disinfecting equipment to maintain a protected and hygienic environment

- Setting up and cleaning down treatment rooms before and after procedures

- Ensuring the treatment rooms are stocked and well organised

- Greeting patients and making them feel welcomed and comfortable

- Providing exceptional customer service and addressing patient inquiries and concerns

What we're looking for

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour

- Eager to learn and fast to pick up new skills

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety at all times
