Position Overview: We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us in a small practice in Helensburgh as Dental Assistant/Receptionist.

This is a casual position of 2-3 Days Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday.

17 years and older can apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist patients with scheduling appointments, answering inquiries, and maintaining accurate records.
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, billing, and managing patient records.
- Support our dental team during procedures by preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing equipment, and providing chairside assistance.
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe working environment.




- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional patient care and contribute to the overall success of our practice.

Requirements:

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a rapid-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures.
- No experience necessary.
- Advanced computer skills ideal but not essential.
