Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Dental Assistant/Receptionist role based at our Greenway clinic. The position involves supporting the dental team chairside, preparing and maintaining treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, and assisting with dental procedures. Day-to-day responsibilities also include greeting patients, managing appointments, answering phone and email inquiries, processing payments, and handling patient records and documentation.

Assistant/Receptionist will help ensure efficient patient flow, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and provide friendly, professional service to all patients.

Qualifications





- Chairside assisting skills, including preparing treatment rooms, managing instruments, and supporting a range of dental procedures.
- Administrative and reception skills, such as appointment scheduling, patient check-in and check-out, and accurate record management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact calmly and respectfully with patients and team members.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain cleanliness, adhere to infection control protocols, and follow practice procedures.
- Comfort working with dental software and basic computer applications for booking, billing, and patient documentation.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a small team, take initiative, and adapt to changing clinical and reception needs.
- Previous experience in dental assisting or reception in a healthcare setting is highly beneficial; a relevant dental assisting qualification or certification is an advantage.
- Commitment to patient-centered care, reliability in attendance and punctuality, and willingness to participate in ongoing training and development.
