Casual Dental Assistant | Willsmere Dental

Willsmere Dental is seeking an experienced and motivated Dental Assistant to join our team on a casual basis, working 4 days per week.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Dental Assistant to join a professional, supportive and patient-focused practice. While the initial position will be casual, there is potential for the right candidate to transition into a full-time permanent role.

The successful candidate will have:

- Any previous dental assisting experience
- A qualified, friendly and approachable manner
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- A positive attitude and a genuine commitment to providing high-quality patient care
- A willingness to contribute positively to the practice and its team





Qualifications: A Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting is highly regarded but is not essential. We are primarily seeking someone with practical dental assisting experience and the right attitude.

The position:

- Casual employment
- 4 days per week
- Immediate start preferred
- Potential pathway to full-time permanent employment
