We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with around 2 years' experience who enjoys the combination of digital performance, strategy and building genuinely great client relationships.

The opportunity:

You'll join an established team of approximately 30 digital professionals.

Around half the team manages client relationships and digital campaigns, supported by specialist capability across:

Google Ads | Meta Ads | SEO | Content | Design | Web Development

Your job isn't to personally do everything.

It's to understand your clients, understand their numbers, coordinate the right specialists and make sure their digital investment is actually producing value.

You'll become a trusted digital adviser to your clients rather than simply the person sending them a monthly report.

What you'll be doing:

- Own and develop relationships with an allocated portfolio of clients
- Understand their businesses, objectives and commercial priorities
- Develop digital strategies designed to improve performance and ROI
- Work across Google Ads, Meta, SEO, content, email and websites
- Analyse campaign performance and turn data into practical recommendations
- Optimise Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, Display and Performance Max
- Coordinate internal SEO, creative, content and development specialists
- Identify opportunities to improve client performance and retention
- Troubleshoot campaigns and solve client problems
- Manage escalations professionally when things don't go to plan




- Build relationships solid enough that clients see you as part of their business

Importantly, you won't be thrown in the deep end. This agency has invested heavily in training, structure and professional development. There's also dedicated training and coaching from experienced people.

For someone still relatively early in their digital career, that's a pretty compelling combination.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

- 2 years' experience across digital marketing, account management or a similar client-facing role
- Exposure to Google Ads — ideally Search, Shopping, Display and/or Performance Max
- An understanding of the broader digital ecosystem, including SEO and paid social
- Excellent client communication skills
- Strong commercial instincts
- An analytical mindset and comfort working with campaign data
- The ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
- Close attention to detail
- A proactive, positive approach
- A genuine appetite to become better at your craft

Agency experience is useful.

$85,000 Super

PLUS approximately $1,000–$1,500 per month in performance bonus

That's approximately $97,000–$103,000 Super in annual earnings when performing.
