The Opportunity
We’re seeking skilled Agricultural Service Technicians / Heavy Duty Mechanics to join our growing team. Based at our Northam branch, this role offers a mix of workshop and field service work, supporting farmers across the region with diagnostics, repairs, and pre-delivery preparation of cutting-edge Case IH agricultural machinery.

Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems

- Perform pre-delivery inspections and setup of new equipment

- Deliver high-quality service both in the workshop and on-site

Requirements

- Trade qualification in Mechanical, Mobile Plant, or Agricultural Technology

- Experience working on Agricultural Machinery, or Heavy Diesel Machinery - HIGHLY DESIRABLE

- Strong knowledge of Hydraulics systems, diagnosing & trouble shooting. Fully conversant with CCLS/PFC hydraulic systems. - HIGHLY DESIRABLE

- Strong knowledge of Auto Electrics - a good understanding on how to troubleshoot/diagnose 12 & 24 volt systems. - HIGHLY DESIRABLE

- Physically fit and comfortable working in varied weather conditions. Must be able to lift 20kgs and stand for extended periods.

- WA Driver's License - C Class minimum

- HRWL (FL/CN) & AAC02 - HIGHLY DESIRABLE - or willing to obtain once onboard

- Good communication and a positive, team-oriented attitude

- Reliable and punctual, committed to providing consistent customer satisfaction and be a team player.
