About the Opportunity

Here’s your chance to join the team at Scotchmans Hill, one of Australia’s leading wineries on the stunning Bellarine Peninsula. We’re seeking a Sous Chef on a fulltime basis to work alongside our Head Chef – this is a fulltime position with no nights giving a work life balance.

What We’re Looking For

- A minimum of 5 years in the industry, preferably with experience in fine dining or quality restaurant environments
- Minimum level of chef De partie
- A robust work ethic and eye for detail
- The ability to replicate our food and processes without deviation and with absolute consistency as per the chefs wishes
- Strong on larder, pans and grill sections




- Remain calm under pressure
- Able to lead service when required, communicate effectively with kitchen and floor staff
- A positive and respectful attitude
- Above all, a love of cooking great produce driven cuisine and a passion for the industry
