Virgin Active Norwest is seeking a hands-on cafe supervisor to lead day-to-day operations of the Kauai cafe inside the gym. This part time role is approximately 20 hours per week, based at Virgin Active Norwest in Baulkham Hills area.
Reporting to Store Manager and Area Manager, you’ll plan schedules, train staff, coach crew, conduct audits, manage stock, run promotions and help recruit team members. You’ll ensure food safety, follow processes, and keep costs within budget.
