The Role

We're on the hunt for a Head Chef to lead the kitchen at one of Sydney CBD's most-loved dining rooms. You'll drive the menu, the standard and the culture — bringing heart and soul to every dish, from house-made pastas to premium cuts, while leading a team that takes genuine pride in the pass.

What You'll Be Doing

- Leading and developing the kitchen team across daily service and events




- Designing and executing a seasonal menu built on quality local produce
- Maintaining consistency and excellence across every dish, every service
- Managing food cost, ordering, stock control and kitchen budgets
- Ensuring full HACCP, WHS and food safety compliance at all times
- Working closely with the Restaurant Manager and events team to deliver a seamless experience, from long lunches to weddings

You Are

- An experienced Head Chef or senior Sous Chef ready to step up
- Skilled across modern Australian cuisine, house-made pasta and premium proteins
- A confident leader who builds and mentors a strong kitchen team
- Commercially minded, with solid experience managing costs and stock
- Calm, organised and switched on across both service and events
