Director of Food & Beverage – Luxury Resort

Location: Fiji

Compensation: AUD $6,000–$8,000 per month + living expenses

We are recruiting for a luxury island resort in Fiji seeking an experienced Director of Food & Beverage to oversee the full F&B; operation and lead a high-level guest experience in an intimate luxury environment.

The Role

- Oversee all Food & Beverage operations , ensuring exceptional service and luxury standards
- Lead and develop the F&B; team across the resort's outlets
- Drive beverage strategy with a strong focus on wine and sommelier programmes
- Manage day-to-day operations, service standards and overall guest satisfaction




- Work closely with senior leadership to develop and enhance the resort's F&B; offering
- Take a hands-on approach to leadership within a smaller, luxury resort environment

The Ideal Candidate

- 5+ years of Food & Beverage management experience
- Background within small luxury hotels or resorts
- Solid general F&B; operational experience
- Proven strengths in beverage management and wine/sommelier programmes
- Luxury hospitality experience with a strong focus on guest service
- Fiji experience is an advantage
- Hands-on, personable and confident leading a team in a remote island environment
