One of Australia’s most respected independent workplace relations firms are seeking a senior workplace relations leader to head their investigation practice and personally deliver high‑risk, sensitive and complex matters. This is a practising leadership role — combining technical authority, complex case management and strategic client engagement.
What you’ll lead:
- Complex investigations (misconduct, bullying, harassment, discrimination, executive conduct)
- High‑risk advisory and organisational change matters • Intake, scoping, proposals and quality assurance
- Development of methodologies, standards and investigator capability
- Strategic client relationships and practice growth
What you’ll need in your skills toolbox:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in law, workplace relations, industrial relations, human resources, organisational psychology or a related discipline will be highly regarded.
- Extensive senior Workplace Relations / Employee Relations or employment law experience
- Deep expertise in complex investigations and defensible decision‑making • Executive‑level advisory capability
- Strong commercial judgement and client leadership
- Calm authority, independence and exceptional written communication
