We seek experienced and qualified Disability Support Workers to assist us with the Morning and afternoon shifts.

Your primary role will be providing individual support to our participants within our accommodations or in their own homes. We are looking for people who share our core values of customer focus, Courage, Authenticity, Accountability, Respect, and Passion.

Requirements:

- A genuine willingness and ability to show compassion towards NDIS participants
- Minimum of Certificate III in Individual support, Disability support, Aged Care, Ageing Support
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the industry
- A current driver’s licence & passport / visa (right to work in Australia)
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- NDIS Worker Screening check + Police check (3 months old)

The following will be viewed favourably:

- Experience working with people with disability who may have challenging behaviours and Behaviour Support Plans
- Ability to work on weekends
