We're seeking an experienced Discovery / Delivery Lead to guide a multidisciplinary team through a complex discovery engagement for a major organisation undergoing transformation.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, service design, delivery leadership and stakeholder engagement. We're looking for someone who can bring together diverse workstreams, navigate ambiguity, and translate insights into transparent recommendations and actionable outcomes.

About the Role

As the Discovery Lead, you will:

- Lead a multidisciplinary team across research, design, technology and commercial streams.
- Drive discovery activities that uncover insights, opportunities and recommendations.
- Translate complex findings into clear, executive-ready narratives and presentations.
- Facilitate alignment across stakeholders with competing priorities and perspectives.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture throughout the engagement.
- Manage project governance, reporting, risks and delivery obligations.
- Support strategic decision-making through evidence-based recommendations.
