Role and Responsibilities:

As a Domestic Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting vulnerable individuals to stay in the comfort of their own homes. Your responsibilities include:

- Assisting clients with domestic tasks like cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.





- Encouraging clients to actively participate in their care, fostering independence.

- Supporting clients to maintain control of their lives by understanding and developing their functional capacity.

- Undertaking routine administrative tasks to ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures.

- Building respectful relationships with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Requirements:

- Ability to undertake domestic/housekeeping tasks effectively.

- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- First Aid and CPR Certificate

- Willingness to work towards Certificate III in Community Services, Individual Support, or Aged Care (highly desirable).

Shifts & Rosters:

- Domestic Services operate Monday to Friday.
- 6:00 am - 6:00 pm
- We welcome enquiries from those requiring half days or school hours.
