The Wallaby Hotel in Mudgeeraba is seeking a hands-on Duty Manager to lead on the floor, manage shifts across bar, bistro and gaming, and ensure guests receive outstanding service. You’ll motivate the team, drive smooth operations and uphold licensing and WHS compliance in a busy venue. We’re looking for a confident, proactive leader with RSA/RSG/RMLV or the willingness to obtain them, and a passion for hospitality, people and excellent service.
