Kin Early Learning Centres is seeking enthusiastic Certificate III and Diploma-qualified educators to join our teams at our two services in Queanbeyan.

About the role
As an educator at Kin, you will:
- Build warm, responsive relationships with children and families
- Support the delivery of meaningful, child-led learning experiences
- Contribute to a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment
- Work collaboratively with your room team and service leadership
- Support children’s agency, wellbeing and sense of belonging
- Contribute to observations, planning and reflective practice
- Maintain high standards of supervision, health, safety and compliance
What we are looking for
You will have
- A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or be actively working towards an approved qualification
- A current NSW Working with Children Check
- A genuine passion for working with young children
- A strong understanding of child safety and active supervision
- A positive, reliable and collaborative approach
- The ability to build respectful relationships with children,
families and colleagues
- Current first aid, CPR, asthma and anaphylaxis qualifications, or a willingness to obtain them
- A sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standard
