The Role
We're excited to offer a long-term opportunity for a dedicated Lead Educator to join our passionate team on a permanent part-time basis at our Paddington Centre.
Key Responsibilities
- Foster nurturing relationships with children and families.
- Utilize your pedagogical expertise to meet individual child needs.
- Design exceptional educational programs.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations.
- Establish a supportive and stimulating learning environment.
Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma in Children's Services or higher.
- Previous experience as a Lead Educator preferred.
- Valid Working with Children's Check (Blue Card).
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis training.
- Proficient in Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
- Moderate to high computer proficiency for online programming software.
- Adaptable availability between 7am - 6pm, Monday to Friday.
