We are looking for a part-time Optical Dispenser at I Look Optique in Surfers Paradise, QLD.

Responsibilities

- Be the first point of contact for patients, supporting them from booking through to frame pick-up
- Provide warm, high-end service while assisting with eyewear selection and optical dispensing support
- Manage front-of-house tasks such as phones, appointments and health fund claiming




- Support the optometrist with pre-testing and imaging as required (training provided)
- Maintain accurate measurements, records and follow-through to a high standard
- Contribute to merchandising, frame presentation and day-to-day practice operations

Requirements

- Optical dispensing experience or Certificate IV (advantage, not required); retail or customer service experience required if no optical dispensing experience
- Strong customer service and/or sales experience with a genuine interest in retail and fashion
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and patient experience
- Proactive, growth-minded and eager to learn technical product knowledge
