The team at Mister Botanical is growing! We are seeking an additional experienced and passionate Florist to join our growing team. This is an exceptional opportunity to work within a high-end, design-focused studio renowned for creating bespoke floral experiences.
Mister Botanical is centrally located in the heart of Brisbane CBD. We're a small team who get along well and like to have a laugh while achieving beautiful, creative work together.
About the role
Part-time or full-time hours (versatile dependent upon the applicant), paid above the award rate. Working 35-40 hours per week on set days (4 - 4.5 days).
What you'll be doing
- Create beautiful floral arrangements for discerning clients and events
- Daily operations, client relations and inventory management
- Uphold the studio's commitment to excellence, creativity, and impeccable service.
What we're looking for
- Must have current and permanent Australian working rights
- 2 years' floristry experience, proven background in floral design
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Flexible and able to work autonomously, with preferred customer service experience
- A refined design aesthetic, or willingness to develop this
