We are now seeking a Bar and Dining Team Leader to work in conjunction with our Restaurant and Bar Manager.

This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with proven bar, dining and leadership experience, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for customer service and team development.

What you’ll be doing

- Leading and inspiring the bar and dining team to deliver exceptional service

- Training and mentoring staff to build skills and knowledge

- Working closely with the management team to deliver seamless service across the venue and at functions

- Contributing ideas and strategies to enhance customer experience and drive sales

What we’re looking for





- 1+ years’ experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a bar or busy hospitality restaurant environment

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent customer service and communication abilities

- Sound knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and current bar trends

- Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain high standards
