About the Company

We are exclusively partnering with a Not-for-Profit organisation operating in a regulated environment. The organisation is currently going through a period of procurement change and is seeking additional capability to support its procurement and contract's function.

The Role

Reporting to the Manager, Procurement & Contracts, the role supports the administration and delivery of procurement activities, with a focus on end-to-end RFx processes and contract administration.

Key responsibilities include:

- Procurement planning and pipeline management
- End-to-end RFx and tender delivery through to contract award
- Contract development, variations and performance management
- Procurement governance, compliance and value-for-money assurance
- Evaluation facilitation and procurement advisory support
- Contract negotiation and commercial risk management
- Stakeholder engagement,



coaching and business partnering

About You

You will bring recent, practical procurement and contract management experience, and a proactive approach.

You will need to demonstrate:

- Proven experience in contract management, administration and performance oversight
- Strong contract development, negotiation and commercial risk management capability
- Experience in RFx and tender processes, including supplier engagement and evaluation activities
- Robust understanding of procurement governance, probity and value-for-money principles
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and relationship management skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and complex agreements

Experience in Health, NFP or Government is preferred but not essential - candidates from other sectors including supply chain will be considered. Procurement Analysts seeking a step up are also welcome to apply.
