About the Role The Ecommerce Operations Manager will play a key role in ensuring the ecommerce business operates efficiently while supporting strong customer experience and commercial performance. The role combines customer operations leadership, business performance reporting and commercial support.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the hybrid customer support team, ensuring agreed SLAs, quality standards and KPIs are consistently achieved.
- Own operational and commercial reporting, providing clear visibility of business performance, trends and future requirements.
- Analyse ecommerce performance and proactively identify risks, opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Support the ecommerce leadership team in monitoring key commercial KPIs and translating performance insights into actions.
- Support forecasting, capacity planning and business planning based on performance trends and expected demand.




- Develop and improve operational processes to increase efficiency, scalability and customer experience.
- Work cross-functionally with ecommerce, commercial, logistics, technology and other teams to deliver business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

- 3+ years of experience in ecommerce operations, customer operations, commercial operations or a similar role.
- Experience in ecommerce is highly preferred.
- Robust analytical and commercial mindset.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Strong Excel and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across different business functions.
- Knowledge of Zendesk, Calabrio and CX One is a plus.
