Aspire Early Education & Kindergarten is excited to be opening our brand-new Aintree service, and we’re looking for an experienced and passionate Educational Leader to join our foundation leadership team.
This is a rare opportunity to be part of a brand-new service from the very beginning, helping establish a strong culture of high-quality education, collaboration, inclusion and continuous improvement.
Working closely with the Centre Manager and Leadership Team, you’ll have the opportunity to shape educational practice, mentor educators and create exceptional learning experiences for children and families from day one.

About Our New Aintree Service Our brand-new Aintree service has been purpose-built to provide an exceptional early learning experience for children, families and educators. Featuring beautiful indoor and outdoor learning environments, premium resources and thoughtfully designed spaces, the service has been created to support children to Connect. Learn. Grow.
As an Educational Leader joining our foundation team, you’ll have a unique opportunity to influence the service from the ground up. You’ll help establish strong educational practices,
build educator capability and create a culture where children, families and educators feel a genuine sense of belonging.
About The Role
As the Educational Leader at Aintree, you’ll play a critical role in establishing and maintaining high-quality educational practice across the service.
Working collaboratively with the Centre Manager and Leadership Team, you’ll coach and mentor educators, guide curriculum development and embed a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement.
You Will
- Lead and establish high-quality educational programs across all rooms
- Coach, mentor and support educators to build their capability and confidence
- Guide curriculum planning, documentation and reflective practice
- Embed Aspire’s Connect. Learn. Grow. philosophy across the service
- Support educators to develop meaningful learning experiences that respond to children's interests, strengths and individual goals
- Ensure educational practice aligns with the National Quality Framework (NQF)
- Drive continuous improvement and support the service to achieve strong quality outcomes
- Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families and educators
- Partner closely with the Centre Manager to establish a positive, team-oriented and high-performing team culture
- Support the successful opening of the service and its ongoing growth and development
About You You’re a confident, inspiring and collaborative educational leader who is excited by the opportunity to build something special from the ground up. You Will Bring
- An ACECQA-approved Diploma or higher qualification
- A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent is highly regarded
- Previous experience as an Educational Leader, preferably within a medium to large service
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF, VEYLDF, National Quality Framework and contemporary early childhood practice
- A coaching and mentoring leadership style
- The ability to establish consistent, high-quality educational practices across a service
- Strong understanding of curriculum planning, documentation and reflective practice
- Excellent communication, organisation and relationship-building skills
- A genuine passion for supporting educators to grow and develop
- A commitment to child safety, inclusion and creating environments where every child can thrive
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current Police Check
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications
