Sorted Electrical is looking for a qualified electrician and standout 2nd–3rd year apprentice to join our growing Brisbane team.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
This isn’t repetitive new-build work. Most of our work is in existing Brisbane homes, so every day is a little different.
You’ll be involved in
- Residential electrical service and maintenance
- Fault finding and problem solving
- Electrical upgrades and installations
- Customer-focused service calls
- Working directly with homeowners
- Collaborating with the team to deliver high-quality work
- Helping create an experience that makes customers want to recommend us
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re not looking for someone just because they can pull cable and terminate a switchboard.
We want someone who
- Takes genuine pride in their workmanship
- Turns up when they say they will
- Communicates well with customers and teammates
- Keeps their vehicle and work area presentable
- Can think for themselves and solve problems
- Has a positive attitude
- Wants to keep improving
- Can have a laugh without dropping their standards

QUALIFIED ELECTRICIANS
You’ll need:
- Current Queensland Electrical Licence
- Current Driver’s Licence
- Residential electrical experience
- Confidence working in customers’ homes
- Good communication and fault-finding skills
2ND–3RD YEAR APPRENTICES
We’re interested in apprentices who are already showing signs they’ll become excellent tradespeople.
You should
- Be progressing well through your apprenticeship
- Have residential electrical experience
- Be comfortable working as part of a team
- Take pride in your workmanship
- Be reliable, motivated and keen to learn
BONUS POINTS
Experience with any of the following will put you ahead:
- Split-system air-conditioning installation
- Restricted or full air-conditioning licence
- Residential service and maintenance work
- Fault finding
- Customer service
- Sales or customer-facing roles
THIS ROLE PROBABLY ISN’T FOR YOU IF…
