Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Painter and Decorator with a passion for large-scale projects. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for enhancing the visual appeal and durability of various facilities, leaving a lasting impact on the communities we serve.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, scraping, and sanding.
- Select and mix paints, stains, and coatings to achieve desired colours and finishes.
- Apply paint or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.




- Ensure proper masking and protection of adjacent surfaces.
- Repair and patch surfaces as needed.
- Coordinate with project managers and team members to meet project deadlines.
- Maintain tools and equipment in positive working condition.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Painter and Decorator on large-scale projects is desirable.
- Strong knowledge of painting techniques, equipment, and materials.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of craftsmanship.
- Physical stamina and dexterity for prolonged periods of painting and standing.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to project sites.
- Safety certification and knowledge of safety procedures preferred.
