Carpenter / Leading Hand - Eastern Suburbs Only - Luxury homes and Units

A well-regarded and busy luxury Class 1 & 2 builder in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs is on the lookout for two Carpenters / Leading Hands to join the team. This is a great opportunity for a skilled Carpenter to step up and grow their career with a business that will support your development and mould you into a strong Builder over time. With ongoing exposure to multi-million dollar projects, there is a clear pathway to work your way into a more senior role.

Key Responsibilities

- Carrying out carpentry works across a range of Class 1 & 2 luxury builds
- Supporting the day-to-day operations of the site alongside the Site Manager and Project Manager




- Ensuring all work is delivered safely, within budget and to a high standard
- Supporting and coordinating subcontractors and suppliers on site
- Maintaining a safe working environment and ensuring compliance with WHS regulations
- Monitoring project progress alongside the Site Manager

What We're Looking For

- At least 2 years post-apprenticeship experience as a qualified Carpenter
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making ability
- A genuine eagerness to learn and develop
- Leadership and team management skills
- Sound knowledge of construction regulations and standards
