We are now looking for a full time Photographer to join our HQ team located in Newstead, Brisbane.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As our creative and talented Photographer, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality images that align with our brand’s aesthetic and marketing objectives, with the ability to support some videography as needed. This role requires a strong eye for fashion, excellent technical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with our creative and marketing teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Photography

- Conduct fashion photoshoots for campaign, e-commerce, and social media content.
- Style and direct models to ensure the brand's vision is captured in each shot under our Art Directors supervision
- Edit and retouch photos to maintain a high standard of quality and consistency.
- Maintain and organise a digital library of images.
- Organise and set up lighting equipment and studio needed for the photoshoot
- Capture and edit product ghost images, using AI-assisted tools where relevant.

Videography

- Plan, shoot, and edit video content for various platforms including social media, website, and advertising campaigns.
- Ensure all video content aligns with the brand’s voice and aesthetic.
- Manage and maintain and organise video equipment.




- Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to understand project goals and deliverables.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns and content strategies.
- Collaborate with stylists, makeup artists, and other creative professionals to achieve the desired look and feel.

Technical Proficiency

- Stay updated with the latest photography and videography trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Manage and troubleshoot technical issues with photography and videography equipment.
- Maintain proper file management and organisation for all digital assets.

ABOUT YOU

- Minimum of 3 years experience in fashion photography and videography.
- Strong portfolio showcasing fashion photography and videography work.
- Proficiency in using professional camera equipment and lighting setups.
- Expertise in photo and video editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- Excellent understanding of visual composition, colour theory, and lighting techniques.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel for location shoots as needed.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate shoot times and project deadlines
