We are seeking a motivated and reliable Storeperson to join our Mackay team.

This is a hands-on role responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, inventory management and dispatch of parts, consumables and equipment supporting our workshop and customers nationwide.

You will play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting operational efficiency, and ensuring customer orders are delivered on time.

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include:

- Receiving and inspecting incoming goods

- Unloading and loading trucks using forklifts and lifting equipment

- Picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders

- Maintaining accurate inventory records and stock locations

- Conducting cycle counts and assisting with stocktakes

- Supporting workshop and service teams with parts and materials

- Maintaining a safe,



clean and organised warehouse environment

- Assisting with continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Current LF Forklift Licence (essential)

- Previous experience in a warehouse, stores or logistics workplace

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy

- Good computer skills and confidence using warehouse systems

- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central or similar ERP systems (highly regarded)

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong organisational and time management skills

- Commitment to workplace safety and safe work practices

- Experience within mining, manufacturing, industrial equipment or engineering environments will be highly regarded but is not essential.
