About this Role
We are currently seeking a permanent full-time Enrolment and Community Administrator to work in close partnership with our Enrolments Manager and ensure a positive enrolment process for families wishing to enrol their daughters at Ascham School. If you are organised, approachable, professional, and have proven attention to detail and data entry skills, we’d love to hear from you!
What You Will Do
- Respond to initial inquiries by telephone and the Enrolments email inbox
- Process enrolment applications and prepare information for the Head of School enrolment interviews
- Assist with information for reports and presentations including projected enrolment information
- Administer prompt, correct and regularly updated information in the Schools Information System (SIS)
- Manage sensitive information in relation to exchange students and scholarships
- Assist with enrolment event organisation including boarding school expos and school tours
- Manage Ascham promotional material stock and inventory
- Provide administrative support to enrolment billing processes, and undertake credit card reconciliation
- Provide administrative support to the wider Enrolments and Community team.
What You Will Bring
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and commitment to positive and professional stakeholder relationships
- A friendly, kind and courteous manner, with the ability to relate to people from a range of backgrounds
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Advanced levels of computer literacy including data entry, extraction, manipulation and reporting skills
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with other Office 365 applications
- Well-developed time-management and organisational skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Ability to show initiative, make professional judgements and solve problems
- Willingness to take ownership of tasks, accept responsibilities and continually change and improve
- High levels of personal presentation, professionalism, punctuality, reliability and confidentiality
- A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC).
Experience with School Management Systems would also be well regarded.
