Key Responsibilities

· Design and execute enterprise architecture service engagements for customers

· Conduct comprehensive discovery and assessment of legacy applications to determine appropriate modernisation pathways using established frameworks

· Evaluate application interdependencies, data flows, and integration patterns to inform migration strategies

· Develop business capability-led modernisation strategies that articulate clear business value and ROI

· Design target state architectures leveraging platform / cloud native services and contemporary integration patterns

· Design and implement AI solutions

· Create detailed migration roadmaps with phased delivery approaches and risk mitigation strategies

· Collaborate with client stakeholders to validate findings and build consensus around recommended approaches

· Produce executive-ready documentation including technical specifications and business cases

· Contribute to practice development, methodologies, and reusable assets

Required Experience





· 10+ years in enterprise architecture with demonstrable experience in large-scale systems integration and application modernisation programs

· Experience in Dynamics365, CRM transformation, Contact Centre transformation, would be preferred.

· Experience of AI agent development, hands-on implementation and use of AI in architecture services delivery

· Strong knowledge of Azure or AWS services and cloud-native architecture patterns

· Experience assessing and modernising legacy systems including mainframe environments

· Familiarity with API-led integration strategies and platforms

· Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to C-level stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions

· Experience working in consulting or systems integration environments

Desirable

· Industry certifications for architecture

· Experience in hospitals, healthcare, insurance or other regulated industries

· Familiarity with modernisation assessment tools and automated code analysis

· Understanding of Australian regulatory and compliance requirements
